The Will of Henry Collett (Ref. 2N10) of Middlesex

was made on 31^st July 1875

and proved on 2^nd May 1889

I Henry John Collett of 91 Church Road in the Parish of St Mary’s Islington in the County of Middlesex late of 15 Florence Street at Islington, warehouseman do hereby make this my last Will and Testament as follows

After payment of my just debts and all funeral and testamentary and other expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Louisa Collett all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and I hereby appoint my said wife the executrix of this my Will and witness my hand the thirteenth day of July eighteen thousand and seventy-five

Signed and acknowledged by the said testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

On 2^nd May 1889 Probate of this Will was granted to Louisa Collett, widow and sole executrix
