In the name of God, Amen, I, Miss Augusta Cecil Collett, now
residing at 576 Mendocino Avenue, in the City of Santa Rosa, County of Sonoma,
State of California, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and not
acting under duress, menace, fraud, or under the undue influence of any person
whomsoever, but of my own free will, do make, publish and declare this my last
will and testament in manner following, that it to say:
FIRST: I hereby revoke and annual any and all former wills
and codicils to will by me made;
SECOND: Unto my half-sister, LEONORA JULIA COLLETT, who
resides at Bury St Edmunds in England, I hereby give and bequeath all of the
following described securities now owned by me which are in the possession of

THIRD: Unto my half-brother
JOHN ANTHONY COLLETT, residing at Vashon, Washington, I hereby give and
bequeath all that portion of my clothing, jewellery, and household effects he
may desire to take, and the rest residue and remainder of such clothing,
jewellery, and household effects I hereby give and bequeath unto my dear friend
Mrs Dawson Dixon of Santa Rosa, and request that she distribute the same in
accordance with written directions which she will find in my desk.
FOURTH: Unto my said half-brother
JOHN ANTHONY COLLETT, I hereby give and bequeath the sum of Six Thousand
Dollars ($6,000.00) lawful money of the United States of America.
FIFTH: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I
hereby give, devise and bequeath as follows:
To my dear friend Jessie Richardson of Santa
Rosa, One Hundred Dollars
To Hattie Dobell, who served me so faithfully,
One Hundred Dollars
To the Vestry of Church of the Incarnation of
Santa Rosa, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars to be held by said Vestry
perpetually in trust for the following uses and purposes, to-wit:
To invest and reinvest the same in such manner
as said Vestry may deem safe and proper, and
To expend the income therefrom
for the benefit of Church of the Incarnation of Santa Rosa in such manner as
said Vestry deems advisable and for the best interests of said Church,
To my said half-sister,
LEONORA JULIA COLLETT and my said half-brother JOHN ANTHONY COLLETT, all the
rest, residue and remainder of my said estate, in equal shares
SIXTH: I hereby declare
and direct that the legacies mentioned in paragraphs Second, Third and Fourth,
of this my last will and testament, be paid and satisfied in full before
anything be paid on the legacies mentioned in the Fifth paragraph of this my
last will and testament, and that the two legacies to Jessie Richardson and
Hattie Dobell be paid in full before anything be paid upon the legacy to the
Vestry of the Church of the Incarnation of Santa Rosa.
SEVENTH: I hereby nominate
and appoint R M Barrett and Fred W McConnell of Sonoma County or the survivor
of them, Executors of my last will and testament, to act as such without giving
bonds of any kind, and I hereby authorise my said Executors to dispose of any
property of my estate, real or personal, at public or private sale, with or
